Compassionate Heart Holistic Program

DeeDee Torrell, Ph.D., is an educator and spiritual director with proven success in ministry and healing professions. She has over 20 years of intensive experience in various personal development guidance pursuits. Cited as one of America's Outstanding Young Women, DeeDee has gained recognition as a motivational speaker and as the author of Heart-Business, a penetrating assessment of the modern work environment. Prior to her decision to devote herself to her full-time, holistic practice, DeeDee spent 19 years in the corporate world at AT&T. By means of television appearances, radio interviews, and newspaper articles, she argues the case for compassion in the workplace and spirituality in our personal lives.

DeeDee holds a Ph.D. from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, and completed a post-doctoral degree at The Temple of Kriya Yoga Seminary in Kriya Yoga & Eastern philosophy. She has an MA degree in Pastoral Ministry with a certification in Spiritual Direction from Seton Hall University's Immaculate Conception Seminary. In addition, she earned a MA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in English Literature & Celtic Studies, and has lectured on these two topics in Great Britain.
